All orders are dispatched with end-to-end tracking. A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Cold-chain integrity is maintained for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Orders with a subtotal of $170 or more automatically qualify for free shipping. No promo code required — the discount is applied at checkout.
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit or does not arrive within our published maximum delivery window, we will ship a replacement order free of charge. Eligibility requires that the shipping address matches the address entered at checkout and that any carrier investigation has been completed.
